Like many people, I discovered these first in the dollar tree and fell in love!! As a mother running a business from home, they give me the extra focus I need to get through the day. These are tasty, convenient, and easy to be consistent with (hard not to take more than the recommended 2/day). And I think they are effective. I feel more energetic and focused.
