• Please email us your order number and reason for return. 

• To receive your full refund, amount a tracking number must be sent to  info@vitaglobes.com and returned product must be mailed to our faciality at address - 33 Comac Loop Unit 3& 4 Ronkonkoma NY, 11779. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

• It is recommended that you return merchandise using a trackable method and/or insuring the shipment. Vita Globe will not be responsible for any returned goods that are not received.

• Items that are unopened and undamaged product with all original factory seals intact may be returned within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund or exchange.

• Items that are opened and are not up to customer satisfaction are entitled to a Vita Globe product exchange or a percentage of the refund.
