Per 1-gummy serving: Melatonin 1 mg. 10 calories, 2 g total carbohydrate, 2 g added sugars, 5 mg sodium. 14 servings per pouch.
Other ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, glycerin, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, tricalcium phosphate, natural blueberry flavor, beta carotene (color), purple carrot juice concentrate (color).
How to use: For children ages 4 years and up, take one (1) gummy at night, 30 minutes before bedtime. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. For best results, allow for more than 6 hours of sleep.
