Is this only for vegans?
No. It's great for vegetarians, flexitarians and anyone eating less meat and dairy.

How much vitamin D is in it?
5,000 IU of vitamin D3 per serving. That's a higher dose, above the 4,000 IU daily upper limit the NIH sets for adults, so check with your doctor first, especially if you take other supplements with vitamin D.

Who should check with a doctor first?
Anyone taking blood thinners or other prescription medication, since vitamin K can affect how some of them work.
