I’m not sure if it’s just me but it has somewhat of a floral aftertaste. The serving size is 2 gummies so 2 gummies = 5mgs. You can decrease your melatonin intake by taking just one gummy if preferred.Overall, these gummies does the trick is making you sleepy. It’s a subtle sleepiness, but it gets the job done and I’m able to have a peaceful rest.

These melatonin gummies are actually 2.5 mg each so a 5 mg dose requires that you consume two gummies for a total of 25 servings per bottle. Still, they are tasty and easy to chew and work as you'd expect melatonin to work. Made in the USA, they claim to be GMO and allergen free.
