Not everyone wants to chew a gummy — some people, kids especially, prefer something slower. Here's how the three Vitalolli lollipop flavors differ, and who each one is actually for.
Written by Vita Globe Editorial Team | Reviewed against peer-reviewed research and NIH guidance
Quick answer: What's the difference between the three Vitalolli flavors?
Two of the three flavors deliver the same nutrients as our gummies — elderberry extract or vitamin C, both associated with immune support — in a slow-dissolve lollipop instead of a chewable. The third, Manuka Honey, has no added vitamins; it's a comforting treat, not a supplement.
Caveat: lollipop and gummy doses of the same nutrient aren't always identical — check the Supplement Facts panel on the product page before switching formats.

The three Vitalolli flavors
- Elderberry Immune Support — the same elderberry-for-immune-support idea as our Elderberry Gummies, in lollipop form.
- Vitamin C — immune-supporting vitamin C (see our Vitamin C Gummies for the gummy version), the slow-dissolve way.
- Manuka Honey — the outlier of the three: no added vitamins, just genuine Manuka honey as a comforting treat rather than a supplement.
Who the format is best for
Kids who enjoy lollipops more than gummies are the obvious fit, but plenty of adults prefer a slower-paced format too. As with any lollipop, supervise young children due to choking risk, and check the Supplement Facts panel since lollipop and gummy doses of the same nutrient aren't always identical.
Safety notes
Lollipops carry a choking risk for young children that gummies don't — supervise accordingly. The Manuka Honey flavor is not appropriate for children under 1 year old, consistent with standard honey guidance. If your child is on a restricted-sugar diet, check the label; lollipops are formulated differently than our sugar-free gummies.
Our option
Try the Vitalolli Elderberry Lollipops or Vitalolli Vitamin C Lollipops for immune support, or the Vitalolli Manuka Honey Lollipops for a comforting treat with no supplement claims attached.

How does the dose compare to the gummies?
